With current technology offering more efficient ways to do business, Jim Bianco and Martin Fleming, Chief Revenue Scientist at Varicent, both agree that the financial services industry seems to be the most resistant to change. However, Bianco believes that the prospect of a “different business model,” not technology, is where the problem lies.
