This proposal is for ratifying the creation of Safe DAO and the SAFE governance token. SAFE holders and the Safe DAO would be responsible for fostering the Gnosis Safe protocol and the broader Safe ecosystem. The proposal will also ratify the creation of an independent Swiss foundation to help steward Safe DAO assets.
